1. Download the application by "right clicking" on the application link and selecting "save target as" or "save file as" to save the file to your computer. Please make note of the location where you have saved the file.
2. Open Adobe Reader to complete the application. Depending on your computer and web browser settings, the file may open within Adobe Reader when you click on the application link. If so, simply complete the form and save it to you computer. See step 3 for saving instructions.
3. The ability to save the application has been activated within Adobe Reader. You will need Adobe Reader version 8.0 or later. If version 8.0 or later is not already installed on your computer download here. After you have completed the application, choose "File > Save" to save the application to your computer. Please make note of the location where you have saved the file.
4. After completing and saving the application, open your email application, attach the saved application to the email. Send the application to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org Please include "Fall 2013 SEMAA Application" in the subject line of the email. Please include your name and your child's name in the body of the email.
